Katy Perry's E.T inspired look!

Here is an out of this world makeup look that I did which was inspired by Katy Perry's single, E.T. Out of this world as it is, i think I made justice with this creation eventhough I didn't have the blonde braids and wigs on top of my head.

I did Katy Perry's deer-warrior look.
Here is her music vid and a picture of the look.

Here is the look and tell me what you think!

How to do the look:
1. Moisturize, tone, prime, and foundation face.
2. Conceal half of the eyebrows using a concealer.
3. Pat on powder onto the face to set the concealer and the powder.
4. Starting down the nose, cut the crease using a flat brush with brown eyeshadow.
5. Using a blending brush with light brown eyeshadow, blend the crease upward.
6. Dab on white eyeshadow onto the crease down to the nose.
7. Put on a winged-out eyeliner starting down the nose extending to the upper lash line.
8. With a black eyeliner, put on eyeliner starting from the inner corner of the eye to the waterline.
9.Use the excess on the flat brush to blend in a downward motion to create shadows.
10.Do the brows. You want it to look straight away from the face. Use a brow brush and brush the brows upward. When finished, put on black eyeshadow brushing upward.
11. For the deer like skin, get another flat brush with white eyeshadow and gently create ovals to the side of your eyes.
12.For the forehead, with the flat brush create ovals above the eyebrows.
13. Contour the cheeks by using a contouring brush.
14. Get the flat brush again and start creating ovals on the cheeks.
15. Finally, use a brown color for the lips.

AND YOU ARE DONE! :D
hope you like the look!
'til next time! :D

Have a nice day!

Mystique of X-Men attempt!

Since X-Men First Class is a total hit movie here in the Philippines, why not try to be one of them? :D

This is my first time to do an actual character in a superhero comic/movie and my first time to turn blue! haha.
I really had fun doing this. Makes me "oh so creative" like! haha.
P.S: looks Avatar-ish! haha! Oh, What the heck! :D

Here are the photos.

Great for Halloween! :D

How to achieve the look:
1. Tone, put on primer, and foundation face.
2. Conceal half eyebrows with the use of concealer.
3. Powder face to set the foundation and concealer on to the face.
4. Using Elmer's glue and a flat brush, paint on the scales of Mystique starting from the forehead down to the cheeks. Wait for the glue to dry.
5. Once the glue had dried, dab on any light blue eyeshadow on to the face, on the lips then to the neck using a sponge.
6. With a dark blue mixed with purple eyeshadow put it on top and on the middle of the forehead then down to the sides of the cheeks. Focus on the center of the face and dab on some eyeshadow there. This will create shadows.
7. For Mystique's eyes, use the blackest eyeshadow you have then start creating a winged-out oval with a blending brush. Blend it in down to the tear ducts and blend it out above your eye crease.
8. Using the left over eyeshadow from the blending brush, brush it on under the eyes. Follow through the lower lash line.
9. For Mystique's eyebrows, use the flat brush with a black eyeshadow and start creating a slant upward line (like a check mark! haha).
10. Finally for Mystique's scales, use the leftover black eyeshadow from the flat brush then trace over the dried glue.
11. For Mystique's hair, I used a red gel tube from Fix and brushed it out.
12. The eyes are edited! haha! You wouldn't want "hepa" eyes! *.*

AND YOU ARE DONE! :D

Will surely do another fictional character next time! :D
toodles!
